At the time of inspection the site was being constructed. The E&S plan was on site and was properly implemented. The site was temporary stabilized as outlined in the E&S Plan. The Department notes an unlined pit onsite at the time of inspection. No accelerated erosion observed in relation to the access road or well pad area at the time of the inspection.
2086917 Primary Facility 2012-07-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well was drilled to the kickoff depth. The site appeared to be in sound condition. No accelerated or sedimentation observed in relation to the well pad or access road. The site has been temporarily stabilized and all BMP's appear to be properly installed and maintained. THE Department suggest the Operator continue to monitor the site on a weekly basis and after precipitation event to ensure E&S in not leaving the site.

During the inspection the Department notes that the Operator has started to prepare the site for stimulation. The Operator was in the process of excavating an area adjacent to the pad to store the Rock Water above ground storage container. The erosions and sedimentation plan was onsite and all associated BMPs appear to installed and functioning as outline in the plan. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed. Stimulation notice received by the Department on 5/11/2013 set for 5/16/2013. The Department notes that a 1 million gallon above ground freshwater containment vessel was installed and being filled at the time of inspection.
