2183275 Primary Facility 2013-07-10 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection the result of a complaint received by the Department on 7/10/2013 at approximately 1:00pm. The adjacent landowners issue stems from excessive runoff water on the property after a significant precipitation event. At the time of inspection the Department observed saturated ground behind the complainant home and garage, also observed were traces of sediment deposits. Upon further inspection of the well site the Department observed a compromised silt sox BMP directly behind the complainants home and garage. The Department notes that this was most likely the reason and source of the excess water. The Department suggests the Operator submit metrological/rain fall data for July 10 2013. The Department suggest that the Operator also submit weekly site inspections reports from 6/10/2013 to the date of this incident for the Departments review.
