2160760 Primary Facility 2013-04-22 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted Site inspection the results of a citizen complaint filed with the Department on 4/19/2013. The complaint filed suggest the well pad was causing excessive precipitation run off in the area near the Baum and Pittsburgh Road in Derry Township, Westmoreland County. Upon further investigation and review of the Erosion and Sedimentation plan associated with the National Metals well pad the Department finds that the well pad does not appear to be adding water to that particular wetland, as the site appears to constructed in a manner that directs run off away from that area. The Department notes that the standing water appears to be caused by lack of maintenance of the road side ditch along Pittsburgh Road.
