Well was recently drilled and was not equipped for production (well head only). Access road stable. Site stable. No signs of accelerated erosion on site or access road. Open pits on site appear to be sound. Adequate freeboard maintained. BMP's are in place in accordance with E&S plan. No violations found

1881260 2010-04-30 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was in production. Proper signage and E&S plan were onsite. Brine tank appeared in sound condition. Well site was restored but less than 70% successful vegetative growth was observed; therefore, it is recommended that the site be reseeded in order to prevent a potential pollution event and abide by oil and gas regulations. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation concerns were noted in relation to the well site or access road.
