  • Advised operator representative Rich Reardon on site that due to the depth to seasonal high water table, this small pit could not be
   encapsulated on the site.  Mr. Reardon acknowledged that the fluids, cement, and pit liner must be removed at completion of plugging and 
   properly disposed of.

Spoke with construction representative who was constructing an adjacent well site. Individual indicated this site was to be restored after the adjacent site was finished. He was aware of this, and said the fluids, contents, and liner would be properly disposed of. No E&S issues found. No violations found.
