2244018 2014-02-06 No Violations Noted Yost drilling for CNX using closed loop system and flare stack. On 2/5/2014 a call came in at 10:10pm that Allied was having trouble with the cement job. Pumped 200bbls or fresh water and 35bbls of gel, then 10bbls of fresh water. Next they started pumpling cement. At 95bbls of cement pumped, the pressure spiked to 2500psi while pumping at 4.5 bbls/min. Decided to bleed off pressure and try again. Pumpled 1.4 to 1.5 bbls/min. and pressure began to build again. CNX terminated cement job. 02/06/2014 CNX decided to grout casing to surface.using a 1" pour string. On 2/7/2014, 84bbls of cement was pumped throught pour string and got 1bbl to returns.
