Well was not currently drilling due to problems with starter. BMPs (ie Diversion ditches, sed ponds and sed fence) were properly installed and working. Two small spills of either oil or hydraulic fluid were noticed on the stone pad. Mr. Hatgelakas had these areas immediately cleaned with pads and stone removed. No violations noted at this time. |
