Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
2102843 2012-09-26 No Violations Noted Inspection in response to a 20 gallon brine spill report by the Operator on 9/25/2012. At the time of inspection the Department notes that the well was tucked into a narrow access road lined with trees. The Department also notes that the associated 200 gallon brine tank was struck by a fallen tree, which resulted in the reported release. The Operator is in compliance with the Departments spill policy. The Department notes the Operator was onsite at the time of inspection, and had excavated the contaminated soil from the site. The Operator had taken soil samples and placed the contaminated soil in three 55 gallon drums for disposal. The Department suggest the Operator share the results of the soil samples and waste transportation manifests with the Department so proper cleanup and disposal can be verified.
