1523622065 | 2018-04-13 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the surface casing cement job with H&P Drilling rig 371 on location along with C&J Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter surface borehole to a measured depth of 1,500 with the depth measured off a drilling rig Kelly Bushing heigth of 25 above grade level. The borehole was drilled on air with a hammer bit and upon reaching total depth several soap sweeps were ran to condition the borehole before pulling the drill string and starting in the hole with the 13.375 J-55 Grade Buttress Thread 61 pound per foot casing. The company ran a casing guide shoe and float collar along with centralizers on every 3rd casing collar. The casing was set 26 off bottom and upon landing the casing the cement head was installed and the circulation was established with fresh water before commencing the cement job. The casing was then cemented by pumping a 40 barrel 6% gel spacer followed by a 278 barrel cement mix consisting of 1,225 sacks of class A cement with a 15.6 pound per gallon weight verified by weight of scale and a 1.24 yield by design. 38% cement excess was ran. The cement and plug was displaced with 217 barrels of fresh water to the casing float collar set at 1,432. Upon reaching total displacement at 217 barrels with a final displacement pressure of 459 (psi) pounds per square inch the plug was landed and the casing pressure tested for 5 minutes at 984 psi. 82 barrels of cement returns were witnessed to surface. I also spoke with both company men on site and explained the well construction rules regarding annular pressure monitoring as described 1501:9-1-08 of the well construction rules. Also addressed on his day was the area affected by the well pad construction especially but not limited to the South East facing well pad slope where soil sediment has exited the depicted limits of disturbance depicted in the well pad construction drawings. It was observed and photographed that earthen sediment has also entered a wet weather stream |

1561744010 | 2018-03-22 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to witness cement operations on the conductor casing. Express Energy was on location with 2 auger rigs, 2 bulk cement trucks, and one pump truck. The borehole was 26 inches in diameter and was drilled to 120 feet in depth. No water was encountered during the drilling process. A 20 inch diameter conductor was set on bottom of the borehole at 120 feet. Express held a pre job safety meeting with all personnel on location. Following the safety meeting Expressed plumbed up to the casing and pumped 10 barrels of fresh water ahead of 230 sacks of class A cement weighing 15.6 pounds per gallon and 39 barrels of fresh water for displacement. 10 feet of cement was left within the casing and the remaining cement filled the annuals and circulated to surface. Returns were siphoned from the cellar. |
1664699085 | 2018-07-23 | Completion Testing | No Violations | |
1789334624 | 2018-08-21 | Completion Testing | No Violations | Status check inspection found the well drilling -stimulation and completion drill out operations now complete. The company man on site indicated that 2.875 diameter L-80 grade 6.5 pound per foot production tubing was set in the well bore on a tubing hanger. The tubing was set to a measured depth of 10,106 with a tubing profile X nipple set in the string at 9,615 and an XN nipple also set in the string at 10,073. The tubing hanger was positive pressure tested to 7,500 pounds per square inch for 15 minutes then negative tested for 15 minutes also. The well head consists of a lower A and upper B section followed by a production flow cross then a tubing flow cross. The tubing flow cross consists of a primary master valve followed by a secondary master valve with a total of (2) emergency shut down valves present in the well head production assembly. Crews are on site installing the production equipment downstream from the well head assembly.
