| On the day of my inspection I found the Cadiz C pad to contain five properly labeled wellheads. Wells are equipped with chritmas tree wellheads. Gauges show no surface casing pressure and 100 psi on intermediate casing. Production equipment on the pad includes five gas production units, one horizontal seperator, one compressor, four 400 barrel steel condensate tanks, and a flare. Tanks are in their own steel containment. Production records current in RBDMS.  Site passes preliminary restoration according to ORC 1509.072A.

| During the drilling of this well a small area to the southwest corner had a dark colored fluid which contained chlorides in the 450 PPM range.  Hall and Associates did respond to investigate at the request of the operator and also advised me of their findings. I had also noticed the dark colored fluid and had measured it several times with a chloride strip. My readings never made it higher than 260 PPM.  After being advised of the slightly higher readings I wanted to return after drilling had concluded to see and record any problems after the containment was removed. I ran another 5  chloride strips to verify any problems and I did not record any chlorides with those 5 strips today. Most likely the spike was from when the rig hands washed the rig down and some of those fluids caused a day or two long spike. I ran another 5 strips in a much larger area down grade from the southwest corner and did not chart any readings over 20 PPM.

0283644105 2016-05-06 Production Wells No Violations I arrived on location, were I witnessed the lease road gate was locked and the lease road in adequate condition. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. The permitted well is producing off of natural reservoir pressure. RBDMS production records indicate that the well is in producing order.
The production equipment on the pad consists of the following:

4 400 bbl. Production tanks 4 Producing wells 4 Sand separators

1 Combustor 1 Compressor

0585346702 2017-09-22 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the Cadiz C pad to contain five properly labeled wellheads.
1381579370 2020-3-3 0:00:0 PW No Violations 1.00
1396543632 2014-04-03 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations HAD Drilling Rig # 680 set 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing. No cement is required because of the use of a concentric drilling rig. There is no annulus to cement using this drill and drive method.
1408366725 2014-08-18 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 24 inch diameter casing string. HAD Drilling Rig # 618 drilled a 28-3/4 inch diameter hole to 340 ft. and set 315 ft. of casing. Halliburton Energy Service cemented with 540 sacks of class A cement at 15.6 lbs. and a yield of 1.20 and had good cement returns.
1411145103 2014-08-20 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I am on site today to cement casing should this casing pressure test fail. The cement from the surface job done on 8/18/2014 came out on the ground after the job was done. It happened after everyone left. It was found the next day and a pressure test and squeeze was done. They used 330 sacks of class A cement at 15.6 . We are on site now to pressure test the casing and it was pumped up to 300 PSI and the pressure held.
1414899205 2014-11-01 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I found HAD Rig 249 installing 18 5/8 casing to the depth of 688 feet. They had some trouble running casing, and I left location and was called at 9:00 pm to return to location. Halliburton will do the cementing. Two cement baskets were set at 571 feet and 551 feet. Established circulation and circulated 30 bbls of good cement returns to surface
1415210496 2014-11-05 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I found HAD Rig 249 has installed 13 3/8 inch casing to the depth of 1923 feet. Halliburton will be doing the cementing. Unable to run pipe to bottom, attempting to wash down before cementing.
1442252300 2015-09-14 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 9-5/8 inch diameter casing string. Nabors Drilling Rig # 36 drilled a 12-1/4 inch hole to 4860 ft. and set 4847 ft. of 40 lb. casing. Schlumberger Cementing Service cemented with 954 sacks of class H cement at 15.6 lb. and a yield of 1.22 and had good returns.
1464999377 2015-10-13 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations During the drilling of this well a small area to the southwest corner had a dark colored fluid which contained chlorides in the 450 PPM range.
