| On the day of my inspection I witnessed the mine string cement job. Patterson 584 drilled a 22 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 250 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 24 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet ground level. Wyoming Casing ran 245.5 feet of 18.625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 87.5 lbs/foot, with 4.5 foot stick up. Shoe track is 24 feet long. Cement Baskets were set at 180 feet. Void encountered at 188-201 feet. Schlumberger was onsite with 318 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 30% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 68 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. No returns to surface. Rig ran 1 inch diameter tubing down backside to 120 feet.  5 barrels of cement pumped down backside to set up on basket. An additional 30 barrels of cement was pumped down backside after a 2 hour wait time. 12 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 15.6 ppg. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 25 feet.

1507112063 2019-05-15 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 584 drilling an 8.5 inch diameter hole at 16500 feet KB. Current mudweight is 13.5 ppg and a lazy flare is burning upon connections. 9.625 casing shoe set at 8040 feet KB. Kick off point was at 8134 to 8991 feet KB and then the hole was stopped at sidetracked at 8247 feet KB. The rig was getting to close to an existing well. Permission to sidetrack was gained from Bear/Moreland. Landing point of the curve was at 9483 feet KB. The 8.75 inch diameter hole total depth was 9750 feet KB. KB is 25 feet.
