During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. All valves were in the closed position. A lock out tag out on the closed valve was dated November 2016 indicating that was the date the valve was closed. The production equipment consists of two 100 barrel tanks, one 2100 gallon poly tank, and one vertical separator. All equipment is within an earthen dike. The identification is located on the 100 barrel tank, the production records are current, and there are no violations present. |
