0090035633 | 2017-10-18 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The well pad name is Cynthia and it consists of 5 wells. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. Production valves were in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The gauge on the production casing read 280 pounds per square inch and the gauge on the production tubing read 170 pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of eight 400 barrel tanks within steel line containment and five gas production units.
