The wellhead consisted of the 8 and 5/8 inch casing with a 4.5 inch casing plumbed into a swage and plumbed into a two inch line. At the time of this inspection, the pressure gauge on the wellhead was reading 400 psi. The well is being used for domestic use only and is approximately 1012 feet from a dwelling. The production equipment has been removed from the site. The wellhead location was stable and vegetated. The access was stable and driveable. I contacted the landowner, Tom Schubert with regards to adding signage to the wellhead. |

A 2 inch domestic ball valve is in the open position. There is a gauge coming off of the 2 inch flow line indicating over 300 psi. Part of the well is wrapped in insulation. There is no production equipment associated with the well. There is no identification posted. The lease road is in stable condition. D & L filed zero annual production for 2013. Photos were taken and available upon request. |
