| Operator drill depth 1010', operator drilling on fluid in the shale.  One hour a Kelly.  Operator is using steel tanks and a shale shaker for drill cuttings.  Site is stable, drainage controls are in place.  Operator has a linear to the south of shale shaker to catch any overflow.  Site is in good condition, no fuel spills.  Operator is maintaining a small trash pit for leakage from manifold and drill pipe.  Trash pit is lined, ditch is lined.

| My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and the tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of two 100 BBL production tanks, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is on the well and the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.

| I witnessed the digging of the drilling pit.  They also put 16 sacks of dried bennonite mud around the inside of the pit.  Then they installed the pit liner.  Very small amount of water pooled in the bottom of the pit.  The rotary mud sealed it off.  I also witnessed the digging of the steel pits.  There were no violations at this time.
