-1072157192 2013-09-04 My inspection today finds the plugging contractor, Chipco, ran a 4.5" spear and pulled on the casing. The casing moved up two inches and gave them enough room to weld a new piece of pipe on.

1338807403 2012-06-04 Inspection of the well found 8.625 casing -4.5 production casing with a 4 to 2 swage on the casing and the well shut in at the time of inspection with no reported production since 2002. A separator is present and the production tank has been removed .
1350909565 2012-10-22 My inspection today finds the well is equipped with 4.5" casing reduced to 2". All valves at the well are closed. The well has not produced gas in commercial quantities since 2003. RETURN THE WELL TO PRODUCTION OR PLUG. Failure to comply may lead to forfeiture of bond. NONE_
1377690106 2013-08-26 My inspection today finds Chipco is attempting to get their tools down the well. They casing is tight at 690'. Chipco attempted to circulate but was unable to pump any volume of fluid. They then attempted to pump down the 8.625" to free the casing and could not pump any fluid away.
1378690069 2013-09-06 My inspection today finds Chipco is using a power swivel and mud pump to drill through the obstruction at 690'. The bit was ran to 915'. The rig crew pulled the tubing. The wire line tools sat down at 3830'. The tubing swab tools ran to a depth of 3950' before stopping.
1379422634 2013-09-12 Chipco set a 60 sk rip plug at 3430'. They then pulled up to 1400' and set a 60 sk plug. A 200' sixty sk plug was set from 630' up to 430'. The surface plug was placed from 200' up to surface. I asked the plugging contractor reclaim the site according to ORC 1509:072.
1525686098 2013-09-05 My inspection today finds Chipco is running six drill collars, a bit sub, and a tooth bit on 2.375" tubing. The rig crew ran to a depth of 615' and packed the well off. A power swivel and mud pump were brought to location and being put in place.
500047517 2013-09-09 Chipco ran six drill collars and a tooth bit. The service rig ran to a depth of 3790' and began to run the swivel. The rig crew drilled down to a depth of 3980', they pulled up to 3760' and shut the well in.
