1378403123 2013-09-05 Follow up to inspection on 08/22/13: Tank battery in question with oil staining and free crude oil is not the tank battery for this well. This well used to be produced into this tank battery. The tank battery is believed to belong to the Grosenbaugh #1 and #4. If this is the case the tank battery belongs to G & O Resources. G & O Resources has been contacted.
957939803 2013-08-22 My inspection of the tank battery associated with this well found the following: Brine scalding on the west side of the tank battery outside of the dike. It appears the dump line has come free from the top of the brine tank and is dumping onto the ground. There was free crude oil and brine inside the dike. The valve tree were the four wells come into the tank battery is leaking. The soil around the valves is saturated with oil and brine. The west side of the dike, inside of the battery is stained with oil and brine. The following needs completed by 09/03/2013. All oil contaminated soil needs removed from in and around the tank battery. All necessary repairs to the battery need to be made to prevent the release of oil and brine. Identification for all wells produced into the battery needs to be posted with updated contact information.
