Barbed wire fence has been installed around the tank battery to prevent livestock from entering the area. Well is a rabbit well. 210BBL tank and a mechanical separator, tank battery dike is in good repair. Annulus is plumbed above ground, appears to be plumbed into tank battery or flow line. Well is in a corn field, corn field is in production. Prelim rest, passed at this time.
1223994697 2008-10-14 Drilling is complete. Long string has been ran. Rig moving offsite. Lease road is stable and in good repair.
1345765286 2008-10-07 Operator is at 32', appears to be in the Sharon Sandstone, lost circulation. Halliburton is on site mixing mud. Operator is going to attempt to regain circulation. If circulation is not regained, operator is going to drive in a 16" pipe to seal off lost circulation zone. Operator is planning on setting two joints of 11.75" pipe. When CND is cemented in, I spoke to operator about grouting 16" from the top, they agreed. Pits are in good repair. Lease road is in good repair. Spoke to operator regarding the slope of the sides of the pits, specifically there is no slope at the ends of the pit. Sides have very little slope. Operator needs to start sloping pits.
