This well pad is located in a special protection (High Quality) watershed: Wheeling-Buffalo Creek with the receiving stream being a UNT (unnamed tributary) to Brush Run (HQ - WWF). The UNT is ~137' from the limit of disturbance and is located west of the pad and access road. Total area of disturbance is ~13.4 acres. The access road was in good condition and all cross drains noted on the plan were installed and appeared to be adequate. A water truck was in use during this site visit for dust suppression along the access road. The vegetated ICT (interceptor channels) were observed along with the two sedimentation traps located west of the access road. Both traps were holding water. The pad and outer slopes were inspected. All stored materials on the pad had containment systems in place. Silt sock (18") was installed per the E&S plan along the outer slopes. All disturbed areas off of the pad have been seeded and some vegetation growth was observed.
