Wells were in production. Site had been regraded, with pits and impoundments removed. Disturbed area had been seeded and mulched with excellent vegetaive cover. However, on toe side of slope, area had large ruts which were holding water which could cause erosion issues during rain events. No violations noted at this time.

2038282 2012-01-26 No Violations Noted Site visit was due to preconstruction meeting.

Representatives from WPX, ARM and DEP were in attendance. Discussed the expansion of the already existing pad. No immediate issues were noticed in the new pad construction. No digging should take place near the encapsulation of the drill pit. Some concern was expressed about the location of the existing gas line. Line is currently marked. Contractor is well aware of its location and assured his care when excavating near this line. ESCGP-1 and Site ID should be available at site when work commences. No violations noted at this time.
