I saw no evidence that any well was spudded. The access road was rutted and starting to form gullies. The 3H well permit expired in May 2013 and since this site does not have an active well permit, this site should have been restored by June 2013. Further complicating things is that some of the soil from James Herold A is stored on this site. |
