| On the day of my inspection I found that HAD Drilling rig 249 had drilled a 22 hole to 681'. They did not encounter a mine. They drilled from 681' to 1934' with a 17.5 bit. They ran new 13.375 casing equipped with cement baskets at 590' and 565'. Halliburton cemented the casing to surface with 1380 sacks of HalCem cement blend. Good circulation was maintained throughout the job with approximately 50 barrels of cement returns.

| Met Ron Trivisonno on site along with Beth Pratt and Hess Company Man R.L. went over the site stability information and why H & P Drilling Rig # 287 had to rig down and move off the site. Review my concerns on the conductor angular stability. If the section of the pad and toe of the bottom fill move will it move the conductor as well. I need to contact Hess Ohio to find out who is to take over the updates needed to repair the site.

| After several days of rain I am checking this site for stability and drilling status. This site has had a stability  issue since it was constructed. I am on site today to monitor the area near the road entrance and on the left side of the pad. I did not see any evidence that the slip has moved or is unstable at this time. There is no equipment on site at this time, the casing has night caps on them and pipe cages.

| I am on site today because Beaver Construction has two small drill units operating on this well pad today. They are drilling to 85 ft. They plan to set and cement sets of steel pillar posts to match the footprint of the larger rig which they intend to move on to drill the deep section of the well. The footprint which was in place matched that of the H & P 284 Drilling rig which was released. Drilling continues with only one unit drilling today. This operation is to take 8 weeks to complete.

| Beaver Excavating has two small drilling units drilling and setting 9-5/8 inch diameter casing to 85 ft. They are setting the casing to match the footprint of the larger drilling unit which they intend to move in to drill these wells. Both units are working today and setting casing across the location toward the hill.

| While conducting inspections in the area I noticed that there were two small drilling units on the well pad. I checked the area and there was nobody on site. I contacted Ron Trivisonno and he advised that they plan to drill and prepare the site to meet the new footprint of the larger rig scheduled to drill the wells on this pad. He advised that Jason Simmerman was going to check on the unit to make sure the new footprint meets the needed requirements.
