| I met with Artex on site. There was an issue about old casing at edge of pad. The company would run  tubing in and cemented back to surface. The casing was 4.5''and did not match up with no old well. Columbus confirmed this with the coordinates of 39.82136, -81.83427.

| Preliminary Restoration passed on 10-20-14 by Patrick Shreve.

| Artex has pit open and checked chlorides and they were at 400 pppm. The pit was squeezed out once and filled up with ice and fresh water.  Weather permitting they will start drilling in Morgan county and utilize the water for the rig. They will then reclaim the site. The pit will be monitored until then. Preliminary restoration did not pass on day of inspection.
