| I was on location to witness the cementing of the 11.75" 43# Limited Service casing installed to 598'. A 14.75" hole was drilled with a PDC bit to 622'. There was an issue installing the casing into the hole. At the 2nd joint of casing around 38' in the ground the casing would no longer fall into the hole. The casing was attempted to be worked into the hole but it got stuck on a ledge and would no longer move. It was decided that the casing be brought out of the hole and laid down. Advent Drilling ran back into the hole with a 14.75" trichone bit to ream the hole to bottom and eliminate the ledges present in the hole. After the bit run the casing was then installed into the hole again and was able to reach bottom. Petroset was on location to cement the casing and circulated the well before pumping cement. They pumped 400sks of Class A cement with 3% CaCl. The well circulated the entire job during cementing and a total of 9 bbls of cement were returned to surface. There are no violations at this time.

| I was on location to check the status of Advent drilling. The rig is currently drilling on fresh water mud at 190'. The surface casing is not going to be set at the 750' on the permit, but instead will be set at 600'. The Big Injun formation will have a bottom of around 450' and the offset wells and logs in the area show 600' as being 50' below the base of any freshwater. The erosion controls on location are installed properly and working properly to prevent sedimentation from entering the creek behind the well. There are no violations at this time.
