| On the day of my inspection I witnessed Rocky Mountain Drilling Inc. drilled a 32 inch diameter hole to the depth of 110 feet and ran 110 feet of 26 inch 102.63#/ft. conductor pipe. Stingray Cementing was on site and gained circulation with 18bbls of fresh water. Stingray pumped 15bbls of gel, 10bbls of fresh water and cemented pipe with 236 sacks of class A cement. Good returns of 8bbls and cement stayed surface.

| On the day of my inspection I was called for cementing of the surface string and witnessed that Nomac Drilling Rig #311 had drilled a 17.5 inch diameter hole to the depth of 394 feet and Wyoming Casing Crew rigged up and cross-threaded the float collar. Wyoming Casing Crew tried to back off casing but failed and at that time a welder was called out to separate casing. I will return later in the evening after arrival of new float collar and casing has been started back in the wellbore.

| On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Nomac Drilling Rig #311 had completed repairs to float collar and Wyoming Casing Crew had ran 394 feet of 13.375 inch 54.5#/ft. J-55 casing. Halliburton was on site and gained circulation with 5bbls of fresh water then pumped 25bbls of gel, 5bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with 470sks of Class A cement displaced cement with 56bbls of fresh water. Good returns of 8bbls of cement, plug was landed at 240psi and pressured up to 1055psi for 5 minutes and the floats held. Cement stayed to surface.
