| My inspection of this well site found the tank battery to be equipped with two 210 barrel production tanks and a mechincal separator.  The floor of the tank battery dike has 4" of standing water in it.  I tested the this water for chlorides, which registered 282 parts per million (PPM).  This water also had  free oil floating on it and I used absorbent pads to soak up the oil around the production tanks.  By the time I returned from inspecting the well, an equal amount of oil had accumulated in this area.  The wind is blowing in the direction of the point of accumulation so the free oil is either from the dike floor or a pinhole leak in the tank. I estimate approximately two gallons of free oil in the diked area.  I contacted Scott (330- 653-5526) and informed him that the water, oil, pads and empty peat bags need to be removed from the tank battery and the tanks needed inspected.

1713486669 2012-03-28 My inspection of this well site found the tank battery to be equipped with two 210 barrel production tanks and a mechincal separator. The floor of the tank battery dike has 4 of standing water in it.
