+ | | On the day of my inspection Mike Wheeler reported that the fluid level was approximately 1000' and there was concern over getting hung up in the undocumented 3 casing if they tried to run tubing in to spot a plug. The decision was made to shoot the casing off at the deepest possible point and set a 400' isolation plug. Jet Wireline Services shot the 3 casing off at 2815' and Wheeler pulled up approximately 2 feet. Cemenco pumped 80 sacks of class A cement. The well circulated almost immediately when they began pumping the plug. Wheeler pulled up to the top of the Big Lime and Cemenco set a 200' plug. | ||

I found no signs of erosion or sedimentation. The access road was also grown over with weedy vegetation and the tank battery is still in use for permit 0545. I did find a 3 foot section of 2 steel line and multiple sections of 1 steel cable protruding from the ground. All oil & gas related materials and debris must be removed from the site. This final restoration was due on 4/21/14. |
