| I inspected the well location and found well head with no issues. Well was equipped with pumpjack and elctric motor. Valves were open on 4.5" casing. The tank battery had two 100 barrel tanks and a separator. The separator's meter was broken off and laying on the ground between the two tanks. There was a 2" steel line running through battery which had two gas leaks. I called Bancequity and talked to Tom and he said his well tender was on his way to location to fix issues. Well also needs ID posted on tanks.

| Well is not equipped or being used for annular disposal. I inspected the well location and found well head with no issues. Well was equipped with pumpjack and electric motor. Valves were open on 4.5" casing. The tank battery had two 100 barrel tanks and a separator. The separator's meter was broken off and laying on the ground between the two tanks. There was a 2" steel line running through battery which had two gas leaks but have since been repaired by Tracy Lindimore, the well tender. He put three band clamps on about a 10' stretch of a 1.5" gas transmission line to stop the leaks. The line runs through the tank battery. I talked to him and he said the well was idle. The valves on the production equipment were shut however the company is reporting small amount of oil production. He said he would get out this week to get ID posted on tank.
