| Kyle Tharp and I were on site to witness the cementing of the 9 5/8 inch intermediate casing. Upon arrival to the site we witnessed Sidewinder Rig # 63 was still running the intermediate casing. They had approximately 15 joints of casing left to run into the well bore. They installed 13 centralizers on the casing string; on joints 1,3,7,11,15,19,23,27,31,35,39,43,46. Universal cemented the casing with 615 sacks of Gas Block cement 2% CaCl and 0.3 CR-3. The cement had a density of 15.7 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.29 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.54 gallons of mix water per sack. Universal pumped 141 barrels of cement slurry, 148 barrels of freshwater displacement, and they had 20 barrels of cement returns to surface. Universal bumped the plug at 06:04 am with 991 PSI and then conducted the casing test at 1533 PSI for 5 minutes. The casing test was approved at this time. Released the pressure and got 1 barrel of water flowback and the floats held. Our inspection revealed no violations at this time.
