| On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was shut in with multiple valves and equipped with remote monitoring devices. There were no lines connected and there were no storage tanks present. All drilling, completion and testing equipment has been removed from the location. The location was fenced and locked, there were no leaks or spills and proper identification was posted at the well pad.

| I received a call from Scott Kees of NGO to inform me that they were assuming ownership of this well, and they were trying to produce it. On the day of my inspection I found that the well had been equipped with a pumping unit. The unit was pumping at the time of my inspection. The valve was open and the gauge showed 250 psi. The well was pumping into a 300 barrel frac tank. There was also a temporary gas line running to a separator. This well has been made capable of production. This violation is resolved.
