| Upon arrival to the location Alphia-Hunter rig #9 was running 9 5/8 inch diameter casing to the depth of 1598 feet. Halliburton Energy will be cementing to surface. At the northwest side of the location a slip has started to develop. It covers an area of 68 feet wide and 32 feet long. It has slipped about 30 inches. The Company personal has been made aware of it and an engineer and the proper personal will be on location 6/11/2014 to address the problem.

| On the date of inspection I was informed by company man Brandon Bramlage that the Nomac 245 rig had drilled an 8.75 inch diameter hole to a total depth of 17, 408 feet. At the time of inspection Wyoming Casing Crew was setting the 5.5 inch production casing and cementing would occur late tonight or early the next morning. After cementing the rig was being released.
