| Kilbarger on site attempting to retrieve the 8'' surface casing, They have moved the rig closer to allow for maximum pulling capacity. They used a pup joint, screwed onto the 8'' casing. The joint parted under 85,000 pull. Tools ran down to break the clay that is bridged at 371'. This put a 3'' hole thru the bridge, a 7'' bailer was used to break the remainder of the bridge, this did not work.

1015647545 2012-09-11 Tubing and rods have been pulled, I met with Dave White with Kilbarger, they want to use 6 bag grout out of a ready mix truck to plug this well. I would allow this if they can swab the hole dry and tag the plugs to ensure proper placement of the plugs. If they can not swab the hole dry, they will use prepared clay to plug with. Kilbarger will attempt to remove the fluid on 9/12/12. They have agreed to clay plug if not successful. Kilbarger could not bale enough water to use cement as a plug, they will be using clay. 1347289553 2012-09-10 Kilbarger on site, service rig is set up, they are mechanical problems with the rig. There is a second crew breaking down the production equipment. The crew has began pulling rods, all rods out by 2:45. Dave White with Kilbarger has asked to plug with ready mix 6 bag grout, I said I would allow it but they will have to tag the lime plug, if not in the correct spot, they will be required to drill out the plug.
1347910192 2012-09-17 Kilbarger on site attempting to get telegraph on the 4.5 casing. They started at 2400 and came up to 2039. Dan Goins was on site to advise, Kilbarger has opted to run a bond log to see where free is, then a decision can be made on how to plug the well.
1348239939 2012-09-21 all the 4.5 casing has been pulled, precast plug ran down to the 7 seat, the seat should have been at 1100', the plug went to 1350'. I asked Kilbarger to run a brush and stone plug to 1100'.

-1773085143 2012-09-24 Kilbarger on site attempting to retrieve the 8 surface casing, They have moved the rig closer to allow for maximum pulling capacity. They used a pup joint, screwed onto the 8 casing. The joint parted under 85,000 pull. Tools ran down to break the clay that is bridged at 371'. This put a 3 hole thru the bridge, a 7 bailer was used to break the remainder of the bridge, this did not work.

-902772693 2013-08-29 I received an e-mail from Michele Miller to check on this well for outstanding compliance notice. This well has already been plugged. The final restoration was done on 7/03/2013. Plugging was witnessed by Kip Thompson.
