19:10 hrs ¿ received 2nd call from Mike Arch Oil and Gas Inspector supervisor of fire on a Chesapeake Well site.

19:55 hrs ¿ Oil and Gas Inspector Don Rugh arrived at entrance to well site. Access road is approximately ¾ mile long. Multiple fire companies were at site, perimeter control was in place and emergency equipment was being controlled from this point. At this time I started calls to Mike Arch with updates every 15 minutes
