Proposed BMPs should be suficient to protect wetlands from sedimentation.
A permanent access road will come in on the northeast corner of pad. It will follow an existing farm road and need little disturbance to be completed. Road will be constructed to curve away from and around another small area of wetland. Silt fence will be placed between road and wetland area to prevent sedimentation in this area. There will not be any wetlands crossings for this project. The E&S plan submitted with the waiver is adequate and waiver will be approved. |
