No pressure gauge present at well head. Two abandoned steel tanks remained at the site. Tanks were heavily corroded and have partially collapsed and were not connected for production. One 100 bbl poly tank present with multiple patches that showed leaking of brine water from the tank. Multiple patches showed leakage of brine water from patches. In addition, inspector detected brine staining of discharge to ground near poly tank. Access road to the well head shows considerable amount of erosion on the steep slope toward the well. |
