Three barrels marked "waste fuel" and several other containers were observed within a small secondary containment not appropriately sized to contain the volume of the barrels and containers. Though the barrels were empty at the time, it was advised that they should be placed in containment that would adequately hold the volume of fluid that could potentially be placed in the barrells.
