| Division records show not drilled. The Division issued a permit on 09-03-76 to drill a new well to the Berea Formation. This permit expired and a reissue permit was issued 03-22-77. Landowners grandson Brad Wells showed this location to DOGRM Licking County Inspector Brandon Mitchell and myself. He remembered a pump jack in this location at one time. Area is overgrown with high weeds and small brush. We were able to find the well casing with the metal detector. Well has open 6 outside diameter steel casing inside of 7 outside diameter steel casing. Fluid level is visible from the surface and was measured at 15 with a weight and depth meter line. We were able to run the weight to 430 where the fluid got so thick that the weight would sink any more. When the weight was retrieved the line was covered with thick crude oil. This well is not leaking fluids or gas to the surface. The Division has no drilling, cementing, completion, or plug report for this well. Brad Wells would like to make application to the Orphan well Program. This well is also equipped with a 4 outside diameter PVC pipe that housed the 1 steel production and electrical wiring. This well probably shared the same tank battery as P# 3315 the Geidenberger 1A. I took 6 photos.
