A gauge was present on the production tubing reading 630 pounds per square inch, 650 pounds per square inch on the production casing, 0 pounds per square inch on the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing, and 0 pounds per square inch on the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing. The production equipment consisted of four 400 barrel tanks, seven gas production units, and two combustors. The identification was located at the wellhead.

That equipment had been removed in order for Antero to take remedial action on the slope failure. The remaining production equipment and wellheads were outside the area of concern. ODNR Division of Oil and Gas Engineering Section is currently working with Antero Resources with planning the material modification to repair the slope.

During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Gauges present read 270 pounds per square inch on the casing and 120 pounds per square inch on the tubing. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment for this well consists of eight 400 barrel tanks, seven gas processing units, two compressors, and two Cimarron combustors. The pipeline tie in is located on the west side of the pad. The production records are current, the identification is located at the wellhead, and there are no violations present.

During my inspection today, the tank battery had been moved and reset within steel containment and the vapor recovery system had been connected. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. A gauge was present on the production tubing reading 630 pounds per square inch, 650 pounds per square inch on the production casing, 0 pounds per square inch on the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing, and 0 pounds per square inch on the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing. The production equipment consisted of four 400 barrel tanks, seven gas production units, and two combustors. The identification was located at the wellhead.

1702383645 2018-03-08 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a cut slope slip failure. The pad name is Roe and there are a total of 7 wells. The slip occurred in the cut slope of the pad in the Northwest corner where the eight 400 barrel tanks and two vapor recovery towers were located. That equipment had been removed in order for Antero to take remedial action on the slope failure. The remaining production equipment and wellheads were outside the area of concern. ODNR Division of Oil and Gas Engineering Section is currently working with Antero Resources with planning the material modification to repair the slope.
