| On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a plunger lift system. The flow lines were connected at the wellhead. The tubing valves were open. The casing valve was closed. The valve on the flow line to the tank battery was open. There were no leaks or spills around the wellhead. The tank battery consisted one 210 barrel steel tank, one 100 barrel steel tank and one horizontal separator. There was a shallow earthen dike around the tanks, and no dike around the separator. Correct, legible identification was posted on one of the tanks. There were no leaks or spills around the tank battery.

The tubing valves were open. The casing valve was closed. The valve on the flow line to the tank battery was open. There were no leaks or spills around the wellhead. The tank battery consisted one 210 barrel steel tank, one 100 barrel steel tank and one horizontal separator. There was a shallow earthen dike around the tanks, and no dike around the separator. Correct, legible identification was posted on one of the tanks. There were no leaks or spills around the tank battery.
