0326599098 | 2015-09-29 | Orphan | No Violations | I inspected this well location as an evaluation of the current site conditions and well status. The well is located behind a residential property in a predominantly residential area. At the time of this inspection, I observed a subsurface vault adjacent the unattached garage. A chain-link fence is partially over the lid to the vault. Upon inspection of the vault interior, the wellhead has been obscured by in-filling with dirt. There are no visible well elements. Access to the well area is restricted by the narrow driveway and the close proximity of the well to the garage. I did not detect any gas odors or meter-detectable gas readings in the vicinity of the well. |
1497533690 | 2017-06-12 | Orphan | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be buried with soil inside a brick vault with a steel lid. There is a small amount of natural gas odor coming from the vault. I was unable to use the gas detector due to the amount of wind at the time of inspection. |
1498834623 | 2017-06-28 | Orphan | No Violations | My inspection found the well located at the rear of the property line next to a residence that is being occupied. The well vault is on the east property line next to a chain link fence. The vault is 2 ft by 4 ft and 4 ft deep. The well is currently covered with soil and is not visible. There is an odor of gas coming from the well vault but due to the wind I was not able to get a reading. The well would be easily accessed from the neighboring property if a right of entry is obtained. |
