NOTE- Operator can remove the silt fence after the spring thaw. In addition, the old cross-pipe is laying off to the side of the road. The operator should remove the cross-pipe from the site when they return to take out the silt fence. There is some confusion as to which well was plugged. Some of the paperwork seems to have been mixed up between the 005-00683 well and the 005-00483 well. |
