Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0380946724 2017-05-11 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that correct, legible identification was posted at the production tanks. The yellow plastic gas line had been re-routed under the township road, through an existing steel line. Gas was still venting through a properly functioning relief device at the confluence of the production lines.
0697872404 2017-04-20 Production Wells No Violations I received a phone call from Rob McMasters with the Coshocton Co. EMA to notify me that he had a report of gas venting on the side of the road. He gave me the contact information for Matt Shannon with the Coshocton Co. engineers office. I contacted Matt and he gave me directions to where he found the venting gas. On the day of my inspection I found that there was a connection point for 2 inch steel line and 1 inch plastic gas line along the side of TR 393 where gas was venting. There was a properly functioning relief device in use to regulate the gas. I also found that the plastic line was strung above and across the road. There was an unidentified tank battery near the lines that consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks. The closest well was permit 1629 which was equipped with a natural gas powered pumping unit. The unit was not in plain view of the tanks and there was no identification posted. I called Keith Wolford to request that he get correct, legible identification posted on the well and tanks. I also requested that he run the gas line through existing steel line under the road. He said that he could have it done within the next two weeks.
