On 07/07/16 at approximately 1400 hours I met with EQT staff to discuss site vegetation at the Thompson well pad. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The site overall was well vegetated, but there were some locations of sparse vegetation (see photographs). Once the sparse locations reach 70% vegetative cover EQT is going to submit for an NOT for the site. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection. |

On 10/13/16 at approximately 1300 hours I conducted a site restoration inspection in response to an NOT submittal by EQT. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present in the mail box. There were no signs of erosion observed at the time of inspection. The site was well vegetated and meets the requirement of uniform 70% vegetative cover. The NOT is approved. |
