1891516 | 2010-05-20 | No Violations Noted | Well is drilled, but not equipped for production. Site ID sign and E&S plan located. Pit is still on-site / appears to be in sound condition. One E&S concern was noted:
1- it is recommended that the operator replace / repair the E&S controls (silt fence and hay bales) near the culvert. The run-off is starting to get around and/or go under the E&S controls. Seeding and mulching the site as soon as possible could also help. Contacted operator respresentative Doug Miller about this concern and he stated that a crew would be sent out the beginning of next week. |

2082987 | 2012-07-13 | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection the well appeared to be drilled and equipped for production. The associated well apparatus, brine tanks, and pump jack appear to be in sound condition. The well pad site does not meet the 70% uniform vegetative coverage criteria. The Department suggest the Operator reseed and mulch the area directly in front of the well directly adjacent to the access road. The Department also suggest the Operator continue to monitor the site until the vegetative criteria is met. | |
2129990 | 2012-12-21 | No Violations Noted | Site was drilled and equipped for production. Production shed, pump jack and brine tank appeared to be in very good condition. No corrosion issues or fluid leaks to the environment were noted. Permanent site stabilization appeared sound. |
