1900009	2010-07-22	No Violations Noted	Drilling appeared to have been completed well was not equipped for production. Below grade pit onsite and it had more than two feet of lined freeboard. Noted that the pit appeared to be taking on sediment laden runoff water. The Department recommends that the operator close the below grade pit as soon as possible. Minimal erosion controls needed due to the location being in a well vegetated field. The Department recommends that the operator begin site reclamation as soon as well stimulation, if needed, is completed to minimize the potential for erosion issues to develop. In addition the operator should add clean durable rock to the access road after well stimulation activities to minimize the potential for sediment generation and transport into the waterway conveyed by the culvert.

Brine tank appeared to be in sound condition. Observed no accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
