Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1837762 Primary Facility 2009-10-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well was staked not yet drilled. Proper signage and E&S plan were on site for review. Drill pit was constructed, but not lined. The operator should continue to monitor the access road, as ruts were beginning to develop. Noted some concerns with filter fabric fence on the down slope side of the well site near the highway. It is recommended that the fence be tightly secured to maintain stability. Also noted that a drainage ditch around the pit and along the site was not yet rock lined, which is recommended.
