| Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 11:48; the weather was ~30°F and breezy.

There was 1 properly tagged Marcellus wells staged for production. A total of 3 cellars were onsite and filled with water; no bubbling was observed. There was 1 GPU and 1 sand separator onsite and in secondary containment. The secondary containment was filled with ice. The produced water tank secondary containment was mostly empty with only a small amount of ice.

Overall, the site was well vegetated and no E&S  issues were noted. There were 2 wetland areas established on the north side of the pad as part of a wetland mitigation plan.

It is recommended that secondary containment be emptied of rainwater as needed to prevent the release of any regulated substances.

No violations noted.

| Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 11:48; the weather was ~30°F and breezy.
 +
 +
There was 1 properly tagged Marcellus wells staged for production. A total of 3 cellars were onsite and filled with water; no bubbling was observed. There was 1 GPU and 1 sand separator onsite and in secondary containment. The secondary containment was filled with ice. The produced water tank secondary containment was mostly empty with only a small amount of ice.
 +
 +
Overall, the site was well vegetated and no E&S  issues were noted. There were 2 wetland areas established on the north side of the pad as part of a wetland mitigation plan.
 +
 +
It is recommended that secondary containment be emptied of rainwater as needed to prevent the release of any regulated substances.
 +
 +
No violations noted.
