We were unable to determine where the bubbling was coming from during the previous inspection. Jesse said they would monitor the well and notify the department if there were any changes. The access road was a bit muddy but not unstable. The access road is quite long, passing some small logging operations, as well as a target shooting range situated along its length. The well pad surface was plowed and mostly wet but stable. The wellheads were encased in a carport structure. They were surrounded by clean gravel and were properly labeled. The containment surrounding the production tanks and apparatus was mostly empty and had sufficient freeboard. The cut and fill slopes of the site were rocky and stable. Where there was sufficient soil, there was adequate vegetation. No areas of instability were noted. The impoundment on site was full to capacity. It would be recommended to draw down the impoundment to prevent overflow and possible resulting E&S issues. There were no violations noted |
