The containment system was not properly secured and had several areas of compromised integrity. I recorded over the limit conductivity in water inside the prodcuction containemnt system. The highest conductivity reading that can be recorded on my meter is (19.99) milliSiemens/cm. The production tanks had noticeable staining. It appears as if the staining occurred as a result of oveflow or misting of production fluid out of the hatches on top of the tanks. I observed a trail of a crystallization/ whitish precipitate on the ground surface of the Pad near the production containment system. The trail is consistent with the route residual waste vacuum trucks would take to unload production fluid. |
