I inspected the site and found the Baird valve on the casing was leaking gas. There was also an oil stained area (15 x 10) surrounding the wellhead and pumping unit. Clean up and remove the stained soil from around the wellhead and the pumping unit. Clean up and remove the stained soil from under the load out line on the stock tank. Replace the charcoal filter located on the vent stack of the stock tank. I called Tim McConaha (Enervest) and discussed the remediation. |
